DVBA have released ​New DVBA 2025 Behavioural Policy and Procedure

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COACHES  
Bench technical fouls are a technical foul committed by a team bench member
​and are charged to the head coach.   

This means that if a bench behavioural technical foul is given, it will be attributed to the coach,
​and the coach’s technical foul tally will be added to as per below.  
This is a FIBA rule.  

Behavioural Technical Fouls ​

​Behavioural technical fouls will be penalised as follows:  
Off-Court Penalties for Repeat Offenders:
2 technical fouls in 12 months: 2-week suspension
3 technical fouls: 4-week suspension
4 technical fouls: 6-week suspension
5 technical fouls: 8-week suspension
6 technical fouls: 12-month suspension
